Unfortunately the therapist was not experienced. I’ve had the worse manicure ever, also gel polished coming off after 3 days. I’ve meant to have pedicure the same day (pre-paid) but I’ve just left. Such a disappointment..

Hollywood waxing with the first therapist was absolutely perfect, full leg waxing with the second therapist was extremely lengthy and some parts painful as the therapist was unexperienced. Although I can relate to someone new learning the technique to remove the wax was a real struggle, I got some bruises, patches of skin that were ripped and left with leftover glue from the wax. I would suggest perhaps a second therapist needs to be present to assist new starters and take over if needed
