First time visiting, lovely staff! Even squeezed me in for an additional eyebrow wax which was also great. Highly recommend :)

The nail technician was clearly new at doing a regular painted manicure and cut me 3 times when trimming cuticles.She also didn’t properly paint one coat of my selected colour and I walked out with a clear polish (not what I requested).The other staff kept checking on her to ensure her quality but never stepped in, even though my technician was clearly cleaning my cut cuticles to stop the bleeding.I would have walked out if I hadn’t pre paid for the service.Lessons learned, walk out next time!

Dipping Powder Nails
