I love my new hair, the keratin treatment is perfect for combating natural frizzy hair, this last for months. My hair is shiny, manageable and it feels so light. I had a hair cut afterwards which was amazing, even when it's busy and I just walk in to see if any appointments are free I am seen to straight away and but I try to go on my days off as the salon can get very busy, but the wait is worth it as you come out feeling glamorous. Bookings get filled up fast. Brilliant service every time.

Where do I begin!?
I got to my appointment on time and she sat me down ready for my haircut then started calling people. After she got off the phone she told me that she had to go and pick up her kid from school...she left me in the chair and the shop alone with clips in my hair to go pick up her son.
That not even the worst part. she completely bunched my hair! It's not straight or even and I can't get it fixed coz they are bold patches,long hairs and really short parts.
