Where do I begin!?
I got to my appointment on time and she sat me down ready for my haircut then started calling people. After she got off the phone she told me that she had to go and pick up her kid from school...she left me in the chair and the shop alone with clips in my hair to go pick up her son.
That not even the worst part. she completely bunched my hair! It's not straight or even and I can't get it fixed coz they are bold patches,long hairs and really short parts.

I haven't been to a hair salon for over 10 years due to bad experiences. After recently having 2 babies close together, I decided it was time to treat myself and I am so glad that I chose Beauty and Scissors. Kaplana was so lovely and very honest about the treatment I'd chose and advised perfectly. I had a very enjoyable experience all round and shall definitely be returning.
