This second time visit was bad,the first time I had a haircut by Kalpana which was good and made me want to come back the second time, but this time I had a different hairdresser I was very disappointed with the results for a Balayage £120, nowhere near what I wanted. They told me they could do it, then they couldn’t and instead wasted 5 hours of my time and told me it was my fault in the end, really? How professional. I just feel very let down.
Had to fix it elsewhere. I won't be coming back
