I have been a client of Kalpana’s for almost over a year now, her service and salon is amazing, I always get great advice for my skin care from her and it’s improved a great deal, she is the loveliest person always smiling and happy to help in anyway. Kalyana immediately put me at ease by enforcing clear and structured testing in line with post covid recommendations; to ensure the health and safety for both of us. After 4 months of no waxing she not only put me at ease, but helped to make the visit as efficient as possible. Her customer care is second to none, checking on clients wellbeing frequently, and the results are fantastic.

Came in for a wash, cut and blow dry and I loved the end result. Kalpana was exceptionally lovely as well as keeping professional and clean. I appreciate the precautions taken in regards to the coronavirus - my temperature was taken upon arrival and staff kept masks on at all times. I highly recommend.

Whilst the staff were lovely, I did not feel enough precautions were taken to make the salon covid safe especially when compared to what actions I know other salons are taking. My hair was also not cut as I explicitly asked, including an uneven cut. I understand it is difficult adapting to these changing times however I was expecting a higher standard of service and cut given previous reviews.
