Whilst the staff were lovely, I did not feel enough precautions were taken to make the salon covid safe especially when compared to what actions I know other salons are taking. My hair was also not cut as I explicitly asked, including an uneven cut. I understand it is difficult adapting to these changing times however I was expecting a higher standard of service and cut given previous reviews.

I visited this salon for the first time and had such a lovely experience. Kalapana was amazing, she went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and to understand exactly what I wanted. Will definitely be returning!
