It wasn’t a hifu facial - lymphatic drainage was the suit so not a manual massage (that wasn’t indicated). Facial nor location was relaxing. Wouldn’t return.

For the price it's ok. But could be a lot better 1.English is not their first language so communication could be difficult. Also it's not Ana Monica herself who's managing the treatwell booking system and her team changed my booking twice without my consent and she doesn't know. Obviously they need more training with their treatwell page 2.Would be nice to briefly introduce the product and machinery used in treatment 3.They are constantly chatting in Italian which is understandable but could be more quiet
