Monica has been very professional from the start. Compared to other centres I've visited, she has an excellent hand; the plasma occasionally causes bruises, but she is super delicate; she takes her time to inject and is always aware if you are uncomfortable. Well, if you are cold, if the temperature is pleasant, if you want water, etc., she is very attentive; she spoiled me a lot. She is highly recommended.
