Okay so, the lady who did my lashes was lovely - she was kind and chatty, lovely woman. The eyelash extensions were (and I cannot express the extent enough) awful. I got cluster lashes for £15 (too cheap too be true I have now learnt). They were glued to my eyelids instead of lashes, she used party lashes with knots. The lashes also went in a completely straight line which looked super weird, the lovely woman tried to rectify it but after I stood with my eye OPEN to cut them down?!? I realised I should just leave it. Lovely woman but questionable work. Had to go to another salon within the hour of leaving to get them off. Even the removal was so hard suggesting the use of cheap glue. I asked for natural looking lashes and definitely didn’t get that. Sorry for the bad review but I am genuinely concerned for anyone else who goes to get lashes as I am question whether she has ever been taught or trained in eyelashes.

unhappy with the service recieved it was a poorly run organization and took 50mins to find some nail glue that wasnt dry and gone off, unable to apply acrylic correctly some nails were thicker than others some were bigger than others. the varnish was like a 5 year old had applied it, it was not neat or even. i was charged 5 pound more than advertised on the website. after been in there for 3 hours i left unhappy and upset on how my nails looked that i went straight to another nail bar and had to pay for them taking off and another set on in total the day cost me 75 quid when it should have only been 20 quid
