Very disappointed. My booking was processed on treatwell for the beautician to call me the next morning saying she could not do my pedicure that day but the booking was for the next day. She then said she needed to ring me back which she did but booking still not confirmed. After text and phone calls I cancelled. Really disappointed.

So I booked this 2hr15min treatment as a treat for my self as I am pregnant and needed some time to relax.
1st I had the Dermalogica Facial
2nd Indian Head massage
3rd Full Body massage
My whole experience felt ruined the beautician kept going on her phone, answering calls and randomly singing!
The room I was getting my treatment done dint feel very comfy she had a massive tube light on thru out the 2hr I actually came bk home with a headache coz I was under so much light.
I would never go back or recommend to anyone I did not receive my full 2hr15min treatment either.
The place needs cleaning, it needs redecorating and it needs to be made a more comfy atmosphere.
