The venue is tucked away in the custard factory just outside the city centre, the treatment room is compact and bijou - the therapist is friendly, knowledgable & has the knack of putting clients at ease as I was a bit tentative about my virgin experience of ear cancelling/ it was a pleasant and useful experience and I would recommend this to anyone interested in cleaning out their ....ear lugs :)

I definitely recommend Sophia, I have had 2 sessions of permanent hair removal and the results are AMAZING!!! If your fed up with shaving? Try this.....you won't be disappointed. Not only is Sophia professional, she's a really lovely lady and I felt at ease immediately. I have also had my eyebrows tinted and facial treatment. Fantastic service. Thanks Sophia! x

I went to see Sophia for a facial since I am in my 20's and still have spot prone skin like a teenager. I was so pleased with the treatment that I've been back for the forth time now, and have had other treatments as well. With my new favourite being a backcial, they are so therapeutic and I love the ambience created. I can see the difference on my skin and now get complements on a regular basis and my confidence has boosted so much, it's so amazing. Thank you Sophie x

Having never had my legs waxed before I was very anxious over how much it was going to hurt! The therapist was very good and put me totally ay ease! Actually it didn't hurt anywhere near as much as I thought it was. I also have very sensitive skin but had no problems after this treatment! All in all, I will be back again!

EVERYTHING WAS AS I EXPECTED. HAVE BOOKED ANOTHER APPOINTMENT IN SEPTEMBER 2012 FOR THE SAME TREATMENT. THANK YOU VERY MUCH i WOULD LIKE TO THANK SOPHIE FOR MAKING ME FEEL VERY COMFORTABLE AND SHOWING INTEREST.
