I'd had my eyebrows & lashes tinted years ago, but had never rushed to have them done again because I was so unimpressed - Sophia changed all of that. As other people have commented she is lovely & puts you at ease immediately. I couldn't believe how different (better) my eyebrows looked - put it this way my husband noticed! I can't stop looking at them in the mirror. I will definately be back (apart from the fantastic treatment, there's loads of parking) & next time I'm taking my daughter.

My appointment ran a few minutes late as Sophia had car trouble but she couldnt apologies enough. First time i had ever had eyelash and eyebrow tint and Sophia was wonderful she explained each stage and i found her detailed information interesting and reassuring. I loved my tints and would definately recommed a visit. She is a lovely lady

Handy location and was able to park right outside. Room is small but cosy and Sophia is very knowledgeable and experienced. I had an eyelash tint which was brilliant and didnt suffer any stinging in my eyes which has always put me off before, I had a lovely eyebrow threading which shaped my eyebrows really well and an eyebrow tint. Extremely good value. Would definitely go again and may try hopi ear candles or a back massage next time.

Sophia was a lovely lady, and made me feel very comfortable during my hot stone massage. However, overall my experience was not great. I had to wait almost half an hour for the treatment to begin, the room which the massage took place was very small and not completely clean, the stones were not as hot as they could have been, and the massage was generally not very enjoyable. Unfortunately, I will not be returning for another treatment.

I have been to Sophia before and as always she was very friendly and professional and made me feel welcome. I had an eye lash tint and eye brow tint and my eye brows threaded - I was very pleased with the result as I am going on holiday and will not have to wear mascara/eye brow pencil. I loved the shape of my eye brows after the treading and she did them so quickly.
