i love the fact that the place was really clean and privet but would of being better if the lady that did the waxing was bit faster

Pedicure was very perfunctory literally no exfoliation. I had gel on and they did their best to get it off, but the choice of colours and whole experience wasn't relaxing and I felt they were rushing as they had a wedding to get to that evening. Eyebrow shape was OK, tint didn't seem to make any difference. It was OK but nothing more

One word of warning - you will not find the Unit without assistance, so go to Reception at the Custard Factory. Dont waste time making yourself late by wandering around as I did, having already been late because I bowled up at the nearest car park and found I'd left my purse at home so I had to drive around finding somewhere free to park! That aside I had a wonderful facial and it's a lovely setting. Sophia is lovely and friendly and the products used are really good. Nothing was rushed as you often find in other salons. All in all I would say it was excellent. Thank you Sophia !
Sophia was very good & thorough with my tint. I was very satisfied with my eyebrow tint & would definitely recommend.
