LOVE LOVE LOVE Luxury Spa! All the girls there do such an amazing job with the costumer service! I have been having waxes for years and they’ve always been so painful. This was by far the best wax i’ve ever had, didn’t feel a thing and Alina made sure everything was gone. I also couldn’t believe what a reasonable price it was, especially for London! I would definitely recommend this place. I’m only going here from now on!

Treatment took way too long. Beautician was clearly not experienced and after one hour of treatment (full leg) told me she had no wax left to finish my legs, so had to wait for another 5-10mn for new wax to heat up. I decided to leave as i was running out of time.
