When I arrived, it seemed they were not expecting me, and had to get everything ready whilst I waited, the room was chilly, the poor girl was on her own, so anyone coming in for other services were met with no one to see to them, (luckily, the only people that came in didn't have cash as you could hear them during my treatment, so went away) the massage it's self was great, just a little more organisation needed, and need to check on booked appointments.

Seema seemed surprised, even though I had booked a couple of weeks ago. She had a lady coming back to pay for her eyebrows - got undressed, led on the bed for the wax (beautician didn’t leave the room and give me a towel to cover which is the norm), she opened the door to speak to the lady which can be seen through from outside windows! Said she would be 15 mins for my full leg & bikini wax. Such a rushed job, I highlighted areas I could see missed, she did redo however got home & saw more.
