The masseuse (Lavina) expected me to remove my clothes, including bra, in front of her and provided no privacy to do this. The massage had no rhythm or routine to it; for example she would scrub my head, then squeeze my shoulders, then roughly rub up and down my spine. Lavina also had her phone in the room, and this would regularly vibrate throughout the massage which obviously was not relaxing.
