The salon was freezing, both the room where there was no heating and a small thin blanket only was supplied, the creams and tools were also cold. This needs to be sorted ASAP The Hydradermie machine was old, and the massage was not enough as per a normal treatment.

THEY WERENT EVEN OPEN. WAITED EXTRA 15 MINS AND NOTHING. NOT EVEN A PHONE CALL TO LET ME KNOW. APPALING WAY TO TREAT A CUSTOMER ESPECIALLY AN OLD CUSTOMER
