Worst wax ever! Terrible technique used, the most painful wax I’ve had. I asked for strictly hot wax to be used as it’s better for my skin and got a mix of hot wax and strip wax despite asking for strips to not be used. I informed the manager doing my wax that the wax was too hot more than once and was told that it’s fine “I get home and find that my skin has been burnt... and to top it off I asked for a Hollywood and still have hair present. Not worth the £38 charged, wish I never went!

Eyelash extension weren’t what I wanted so they done my nails and the nails were very badly done. They chipped almost straight away. Wouldn’t go back.
