Been there many times but this was the most painful wax ever. I booked the same service as usual but was told the price is for strip not hot wax. The wax left me bleeding, severely bruised and three days later it still hurts. The lady was nice person but she didn’t follow proper aftercare. She didn’t press on my skin to counter the pain, and her gloves were sticking and pulling at the areas with wax residue. It was so bad I had tears in my eyes. Sadly I will not be going back for any treatment.

Sadly my appointment was 45 min late despite booking in advance. As result my waxing was pretty rushed. I like the place and come here regularly but this time it was a let down
