Turned up only to be told the waist wasn't in. Clearly they don't pay attention to their Treatwell bookings properly. Now trying to get a refund from Treatwell.

Was rushed into the treatment room despite arriving early, repeatedly had the door opened while I was changing and during the treatment, treatment was extremely rushed, messy and not thorough at all, and I was clearly lying on an uncleaned table from the previous treatment.
