The therapists was really nice but I am really disappointed about the overall experience. They did not offer hot wax on Hollywood and the zone is extremely on fire at the moment, with patches of hair everywhere she tried to but that was not something achievable with that undefined was she was using. I been offered a refund of 5 pound for the inconvenience but now I will have to go to get hot wax somewhere else and I am leaving for holidays this eveneing. Also the leg wax overall ok but the back upper leg has been completely ignored. I would definetly not be back sorry.
