the place was cold due to main door not shutting properly, waxing room is tiny, the bed is positioned when the door opens if anyone was stood outside they would of seen everything, the therapist made disgusted faces when waxing me, made me feel uncomfortable, she used the same stick each time to apply the wax this is unhygienic, I pointed out she has missed hairs at the end so she got the tweezers off the eyebrow station and plucked a few then returns them, she got annoyed i wanted to pay card

Lovely experience, I did not have Samira today but have done before. I was treated very well will be back again in 4-6 weeks. The only thing annoying was, they don’t take card payments and I would of loved to leave a tip but had no cash.Would definitely recommend.

She did everything well and properly. The way it should be. I prefer smaller places versus big salons and this was perfect.
