Jools is extremely welcoming and friendly. The salon is beautiful and was lovely and warm (writing this review in freezing cold December!) Jools was very attentive with my eyebrows, and it was the first time that my eyebrows didn't hurt afterwards when they were waxed. I'd highly recommend visiting this salon.
