I was 15 mins late for the appointment, which was completely my fault, due to my busy working schedule. However, these things happen.
My treatment was rushed and completed within 15 mins. As a result my manicure chipped within 3 days… Would have preferred to be asked to come later but get a proper treatment rather being rushed because there was already another customer getting a pedicure.Too disappointing because I live next to the salon and could have become a loyal customer to Beauty Status.

Jools was so quick and really friendly, she also gave me advice about what I can do about my eyebrows in the future and was honest, she knows a lot about her job and you can tell she takes pride in what she does. Would recommend 100%
