My first time at this venue. Vera was lovely and v attentive. She was very flexible and happy to use my own Nailberry (c) varnish. The hand massage was the best!

Waxing was fine but Vera was rude and didn’t apologise for running late or interrupting treatment to deal with other customers.

Standard of actual wax (underarm, full leg, Brazilian) was okay, but it was too cold to feel comfortable / relaxed, as the room was at 16°C even though the heating was on, which meant I was shivering and my legs were shaking.
