I had a fantastic experience getting a lash lift with Vera! She was very personable and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. I've gotten my eyebrows waxed here a few times now and Vera is always very good and consistent in her treatment, and the pain is minimal because of the way she does the waxing. She takes her time to make sure I am happy with the shape and the studio is always clean and tidy.

Booking accepted via Treatwell but salon was closed when I arrived. I called the salon, and the owner asked me to come back in 3 hours. When I said I couldn’t do that, she then asked me to wait for 30 mins for the wax to heat up. I couldn’t do that as it would make me late for work. She then refused to cancel via Treatwell. Sadly, the owner was rather rude too. Avoid, or call ahead to double confirm.
