Staff weren’t very talkative. Same with pedicure, products were being used for both feet and hands without disinfecting. At one point the cuticle stick used for my feet was passed to the other member of staff to use on another client without disinfection. Surely you should have more files and cuticle sticks available to use for each client separately?
