 The place is usually amazing as I have facial here regularly and it’s always good but it’s just that I went for a full body wax and I was told that I have very fine here that it won’t get picked up I was told to come back in four weeks which will be impossible for me now as my hair is not growing back I would’ve rather them give me a Full refund instead but unfortunately they haven’t which is disappointing

Really disappointed with the treatment this time round. I booked an appointment and still had to wait ten minutes after my time because the ladies were just standing around talking to each other. It was only after I pointed out that I had been waiting that one started on my eyebrows. The worst part is that when she did get to it, she took the skin off and didn’t even have the courtesy to apologise or acknowledge her mistake. I was really upset because I was getting my eyebrows done for my bday
