She gave a wonky cut and cut 4-5 inches more than requested, was unable to correct it herself and we had to go back 2 days later for some else to try and fix and then tried to make us accept the cut and wanted to charge full price. The owner was rude and would not accept liability or acknowledge the distress my daughter was put through. Avoid this place! Extremely unprofessional and no clue how to cut hair.
