Not very pleased with my manicure as you can see the base colour through the gel colour. Also they re-used nail files but in other salons they use a fresh one for each customer, and also my nails burned under the UV lamp which is not meant to happen

I had 2 treatments: a pedicure with one lady and a biab extension with another.
If it was for the lady who did my pedi, I would have given 5 star. She was very customer oriented and did a superb job.
The lady who did my nails acted rude towards me. I asked her to file my nails thinner and From that moment on she acted reluctant (let someone else to finish), didn’t look at me and was very unwelcoming, may have forgotten that she works in a customer service business. I will not return.
