Carla is lovely and makes you feel really comfortable from the moment you arrive - she takes time to explain all the steps of the treatment but allows you to fully relax in silence at points within the facial which I found to be the perfect balance. I would recommend Carla and will definitely be visiting again!

Don't even hesitate about booking a facial here, it is worth it! I booked the one hour Dermalogica facial. I completed a form about my current skincare routine and skin concerns and before Carla had a look at my form, she already knew I had acne and dry skin. My appointment ran over an hour (but this was okay because she didn't have an appointment immediately after mine) and the entire experience was relaxing. Carla was gentle and told me what products she was using for each step. I'm certain I slept (and even snored at times) but Carla was completely fine with this. I left with calm-looking and hydrated skin! Carla gave me plenty of samples that I can't wait to use! Carla has plenty of experience and knowledge and it reflects in the facial experience! I can't wait to book another facial here! Carla, herself, has amazing skin and I cannot thank her enough for being so patient during my blackhead extractions! xx
