Rosa was lovely, polite and friendly. She had all of the necessary Covid-compliant thing there - providing a face mask, although I brought my own and hand sanitiser on arrival. The place was nice and clean. I appreciate that she took the time to make sure she understood what I wanted and checked in with me often. I don’t know if it’s the type of wax or Rosa’s expertise but it was relatively pain-free! Will definitely be back!
