Lovely place, really relaxed. Nails are okay but a bit lumpy. Major issue with one finger where she unfortunately filed down to the bed which was very painful but she did try to be gentle after.

Not the best experience, place is filthy, dusty and freezing cold. Nails are also poor. My poor nails have been filed to death so they are paper thin and burnt, the nails are wonky, the acrylic is badly done and bumpy. Girl didn’t even use a brush to brush away all the filing so the dust was everywhere and ended up on my clothes!
Overall pretty unhappy and won’t be going back.
The girl was nice, treatment was just not up to scratch.

I came at 12:45, when my appointment was booked for, yet the lady was clearly busy and asked why no one had told me to come later as she’d be a while. This was fine but she was quite rude about it and didn’t even apologise for the inconvenience, and I’ve tried to get a refund by calling up but the number is always unavailable. I would’ve just waited but i had things plans because it was my birthday that day, so being robbed £15 and spoken to so rudely wasn’t exactly the highlight of my day. Personally wouldn’t bother with this place but i’m sure their service is usually fine.
