Had a lovely experience.

Great facial, very relaxing and my skin looked and felt great after. Good choice of gel nail colours, just wish it hadn’t been applied a bit thicker. Would recommend.

The treatment was fine. Standard leg wax. Slightly put off my beautician moaning about how busy she was and the fact she hadn't had a break yet. I sympathise with her but it wasn't very relaxing.

This was not a great experience at all. When I got there , the door was locked which seemed strange. The lady then came to the door with a dripping wet face and arms and asked me what i wanted. I had arrived early for my appointment but I was taken aback by this. After I explained I was a bit early for my treatment and that I could come back later, she said to come in and that she could start my treatment earlier, which was great. She started with my gel toes - there was no proper seat and so it was extremely uncomfortable and no music so the atmosphere was not very relaxing, but my toes look okay. When she moved onto my hands , the therapist spent ages doing the edges but then, after doing four coats, decided the polish was no good, and started scrubbing it off. She told me that it was a good job her next client didn’t turn up otherwise I would have needed to come back the next day. She did redo my nails but was rushing them by this point. My 1 hour appointment lasted 2 hours and I came out of the salon feeling stressed and fed up. I wouldn’t go back to this salon again.

Gel manicure was poor. The therapist didn’t file the nail to prepare the nail for gel, so it lifted on day one. The place itself was nice enough, but I didn’t like being locked in the venue. The therapist was a good person I am sure, but I had gone to get my nails done as a method of self-care and to treat myself, and the therapist spent most of my visit talking at me about another client who is in an unhappy, oppressive marriage. As a psychotherapist myself, it felt like a day at work opposed to a bit of quiet time for myself. However, I loved the colour of my nails while they lasted (which was 3 days).
