Really disappointed. I’m heavily pregnant and I was really looking forward to the massage thinking it would be a full body but it was just back neck and shoulders. The therapist was nice but didn’t ask me if I have any areas of concerns. The description of the treatment doesn’t state anywhere that it’s just back neck and shoulders so I find that very misleading. For the price paid I don’t think it was worth it. Overall not happy.
Truly awful.
I booked a last minute massage. I arrived 10 minutes ahead of my appointment but waited outside the building until 5 minutes after my appointment should have begun due to the door being locked and no one answering to my knocks. I was eventually greeted with an unhappy face and a ‘what are you looking for’. She then denied I had an appointment even though I provided confirmation.
What eventually followed was a very angry and rushed massage that barely lasted 20 minutes. I questioned her bad mood to be told that she felt unwell. But I don’t think illness means you should deliver bad customer service.
There was no ambience in the room, the lights were bright and there was no music whist meant I spent 20 minutes listening to the boiled sweet rattling round in her mouth. Never again. I left feeling more stressed than I did before I’d booked the appointment.
The salon does not exactly seem equipped for spray tans and i was put in a cupboard to undress and then hand my clothes out to the beautician. Not really the most relaxing of experiences but the tan itself came out ok.
the staff was not polite to me and did not do a good with my nails
