Sara was lovely, friendly and welcoming. The wax was much more painful that I’m used to. There was no explanation of what she was going to do or any aftercare advice. If it was my first wax I would have been incredibly put off. Ive been to other beauty tonic salons so I expected much better service. I certainly won’t be going back to this branch. For this price I expect much more.

Eyebrow wax was good but I couldn't have the eyebrow tint as needed to do a patch test but I was still charged for the tint as well
