Treatwell booking not honoured. I was turned away because the appointment had been entered by a manger a half an hour earlier than my treatwell booking. The staff member said there was no time for me to have the service and only offered me a paper flyer with a general email to try to recoup the money I spent on the service. I’m now trying to chase down my £30. Shame the venue looked quite nice but I wouldn’t try going back.

I think the treatments are overpriced for the salon. You expect a bit of luxury at these prices, they are definitely making a lots of money from little spend - you can’t even contact the place by telephone. Lots of cost cutting. Don’t expect a drink or big fluffy towels here!
The highlight was definitely the lovely and professional member of staff who I would recommend.
