Charlotte gave an excellent massage, very firm. Made me feel at ease throughout all of the treatments and was chatty and friendly. The massage room at this venue is lovely, downstairs so away from any distractions.

Disappointed, gel not done up to my cuticles so looks like I've got regrowth already. Didn't feel like a personal experience even though I was the only person in there... the beautician was nice enough but I felt like she didn't value my custom, no offer of drinks no introduction, she didn't take my coat etc, considering it was my first appointment there I expected more but regrettably I will not be returning.
