great service and pain free! first time wax and tint hasn't hurt. staff were lovely.
I had an eyebrow tint and deep tissue massage - the massage was just what I needed to release the tension in my shoulders! The room was clean and relaxing and the therapist was friendly and professional. My only complaint was that they were running late but I think there was a system error with the time of my booking
Lovely salon and was made completely at ease whilst having a Hollywood wax. I was however locked outside for 10 minutes beforehand as I arrived early to my appointment and no one was there (3.30pm on a Saturday). I tried ringing several numbers that were on their door and website but no answer, until I was called back later on asking where I was! Luckily I wasn't too far away!
