Always a good experience with Beauty Tonic. I always get lots of compliments on my nails. Sometimes it can feel a little rushed but I understand it’s a busy time of year

I arrived at my pre paid appointment to find the shop was not open. After waiting 15 minutes I left. I came back an hour later to find the shop was then open. The lady was apologetic but I was told that I couldn’t have a refund that day and needed to rebook. I had to then change my plans and come back later that day for my manicure. The manicure was good and the lady made an effort to make up for it with nice conversation but the poor service in the morning ruined my treatment experience. I was also told I hadn’t booked a soak off but later checked my booking and I had. Not a great experience sadly, hopefully a one off!
