Booked last minute as appointments were available but on arrival didn’t get the impression that the room had been prepped or cleaned for the massage. I was given a pillow to lie with on my side and it was all stained with no kind of cover on it. The towels and blankets felt a bit oily and damp too. Massage was ok.
