Raj was v nice and welcoming. However I’d never had definition brows so wasn’t sure what to expect. The end result I did not look natural and I can’t really see the difference between these and when I just have a wax and tint

Although the threading procedure was uncomfortable, Raj provided reassurance and support and offered waxing as an alternative due to years of using a shaver on unwanted facial hair. Thanks!
