Manicure was made too speedy, after 2 hours already came off from one finger. I asked for extras and they said for everything “oh no, we don’t do that”. Visit them when you only need polish otherwise go find other salon.
Didn’t enjoy my experience today - the salon lacks professionalism, my hairdresser didn’t even ask what I wanted when she began, just asked if I wanted layers and then a fringe (lucky I said no) and was very rough combing and brushing my hair, snagging my ear a few times. I feel the cut wasn’t blunt enough, and she should invest in better scissors. She also couldn’t do a curly blow dry, which is misleading if they are selling “wash cut and blow dry” as you are forced to get a straight blow dry. Would never pay original price luckily got a deal on treatwell.
Decided to get massage (before haircut) and regret it - the lady was nice but I feel she was inexperienced and didn’t give any pressure. Seeing as they charge £45 for an hour (wasn’t even a full hour) I think the massage should be much better, or else they should lower the price.
Will not be coming back again
The visit was incredibly lovely. The salon is clean and tidy, I was serviced pretty much immediately. The services were clean, hygienic and relaxed. All staff, especially Nas, were absolutely brilliant. Will definitely be coming back here.
