I’ve had my share of bad experiences but this place was just something else. It started off well until the lady said the wax was mixed with another wax and she isn’t able to get the wax off my Hollywood. Of course, I panicked. She went and opened the door to show another lady how the wax had turned out and saying in front of me “this wax isn’t good”. There are certain things you don’t say to customers especially whilst you’re using the same product on them. I have had a lot of Hollywood’s done but this by far was the most worst and painful experiences I’ve had. I had a lot of hair left. But I honestly just wanted to leave. If I could I would’ve asked for my my money back.
