Absolute awful. The staff didn’t know what she was doing, has no knowledge at all in hair colouring. Awful customer service lack of knowledge in everything. I Clearly stated what i wanted but gave me the exact opposite but told me she could do it and understood what i asked later denied i told her something else. When i told them i was unhappy with my result they didn’t care. Has no respect for there customers satisfaction. Wouldn’t recommend this salon to anyone. Worst salon ever

My hairdresser was 20 mins late. The haircut was relatively ok, but it felt like quite a novice job - since professional equipment wasn't used and the hairdresser didn't have knowledge of the style I wanted, despite having explained it to her carefully. it was quite a loud environment and overall not somewhere I would revisit

Manoura is an absolute gem. She knows exactly what pressure points to target. She’s calm and methodical in her approach. This is was second time visiting her and I left absolutely refreshed.
