The wax was partly hot wax and partly with strips (which I have not requested nor booked). It was therefore quite painful (as strip wax usually is), very long (whereas usually my bikini wax lasts less than 15min, it took 25min) and I had an allergic reaction right after which I hope won’t last too long (never had any since I started to wax 15 years ago). Florence was nice but I cannot recommend.

Flo is great and I’ll be making this a regular appointment. She knows what she’s doing and makes you feel comfortable also.

For waxing, the therapist (I think the other staff referred to her as Lina but I could be wrong) was welcoming, friendly and made me feel at ease. She is experienced/a professional. The treatment was relatively pain free and thorough! Will definitely visit again!

This was my first wax ever so went in a bit nervous, but Florence immediately put me at ease. The salon is no frills, and the treatment room was small and hot, but everyone I met working there was lovely and I would definitely go back for Florence as she was so caring and precise.
