I am a busy person, and hate long descriptions. The facial I had with Florentina was amazing, professional, and I received a Brazilian waxing that was literally painless. Loved all and the therapist, too.

Hello everyone. I was in a hurry to go on holiday. I visited Florentina by chance. I had a full leg waxing with her and a Bikini wax. no pain and so quick. No need to use the tweezers later on. Happy to come back to her.

Always nervous to try a new beautician however Florentina put me at ease straight away with her friendly and open personality. With no instruction she was able to wax my eyebrows perfectly. I usually have redness afterwards and there was none. I also had a bikini plus wax and I can say it was the easiest, least painful one I've had. She is really thorough but efficient and I will definitely be a repeat customer!
