I was a bit anxious about my treatment and final result but Lauren was so friendly and professional that she put my mind at ease straight away. My appointment went over my allocated time and at no point did I feel rushed in any way and she took her time in making sure I was happy with the final result. Would most definitely recommend and I already have!
