Effortless. I arrived early and asked if my appointment could start sooner - I was told that they would see what could be done and offered a drink. By the time I'd drunk my tea, Natalie was available to complete my treatments.

The venue was lovely with the right atmosphere for relaxation, however, parking was difficult to get without using the Aldi / Iceland car park opposite. All the staff were friendly and helpful
